Football Star Calvin Murray To Speak On Shabbos At Invitational

Calvin Murray, a legendary all-star Rose Bowl running back from the Woody Hayes era of the Ohio State Buckeyes and NFL running back for the Philadelphia Eagles, will share his story of national football stardom and how, post retirement, he began a new journey on his path to find G-d.  This journey led him from a devoted youth leader in the Christian Church to choosing Judaism.  Calvin tells the inspiring story of his path to finding truth, developing a closer relationship to G-d, and how he views the rigors of his new life as an observant Jew.

His inspiring story has become the subject of a new book, “ From Rose Bowl to Rashi” available in book stores and online.
