THE TOURNAMENT IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!
- Updated: August 18, 2023

After a three-year hiatus, as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the 14 th Annual Cooper Yeshiva
High School National Invitational Tournament is back and is slated to tip-off Thursday,
November 2, 2023. In its fourteenth year, the Invitational has become one of the largest Jewish
high school athletic events in North America. Featuring 16 of the top Jewish High School varsity
basketball teams, the event, culminating in “Championship Sunday” on November 5, 2023, will
crown a National Champion and a Tier II Champion from one of the most competitive
invitational fields in the country.
The event, which was founded in 2007, serves as an opportunity for Jewish teams to not only
compete in high level basketball, but also to provide a venue for the player athletes to meet,
develop friendships with, and learn from, their counterparts in schools across North America. For
many schools, the event has become both the athletic and extracurricular highlight of the
academic year.
All 32 games of the 2023 Invitational are broadcast live, via a 10 camera HD webcast with play-
by-play and color broadcasting. Nearly 50 hours of broadcast time will be aired during the event
and well over 85,000 viewers have historically tuned in.
Details about the Event and exciting enhancements to the weekend will be released in the coming
weeks. Stay tuned.
